Return & Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as received — unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is approved, we will provide a return shipping label along with detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)
  • Custom or personalized products
  • Personal care items (such as beauty products)

We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Additionally, we do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a different item is to return your original purchase. Once your return is approved, you can place a new order separately.


European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without justification.

To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging, with tags and proof of purchase.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
